Andy Carruthers is a passionate filmmaker, trail runner, and tramper from Wellington. His love for filmmaking blossomed through his expeditions to remote and challenging landscapes, where he skillfully captured the raw beauty of nature with his GoPro. Andy runs www.greatwalkadventures.com/blog and directed the film Tararua S-K. In addition to his filmmaking, Andy serves as the Chair of the Alpine Club's Wellington Section and organises the Tararua Mountain Race, furthering his commitment to fostering a love for the outdoors.
